Attach the balls to a square of wood using hot glue. Go outside and find some twigs for stems and attach them to the tops of your yarn pumpkins with hot glue.

This homemade pumpkin craft is easy and fun for the kids. You can call them stained glass pumpkins, but no glass is involved. Cut tissue paper squares in yellow, orange and red. Use a glue stick to glue the squares randomly over the surface of a construction paper pumpkin. The one shown is yellow, but white works as well if that is what you have. {You can also cut a pumpkin shape out of waxed paper for a real stained glass effect}. Cut green construction paper spirals for your pumpkin stems. The kids will love to display their creations in the window!
