There’s nothing like holiday décor to warm up your home and bring in all the excitement of the season, am I right? The only thing that makes it better is if it’s handmade. Here to warm up your holiday season is some handmade holiday décor ideas for any room of the house. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this Christmas clock from Thrifty and Chic! They have an easy-to-follow tutorial to help you put together your own. I’d love it in the kitchen, living room, or family room!

Highlight the warmth of candles with these mason jar Christmas votives. They’d look stunning anywhere, but I’d consider putting them along the path to my front door. Purchase a set of mason jars here!

I’ve said it before {and I’m sure I’ll say it again}, but I love wreaths. This one is another winner in my book. Get the tutorial at Women’s Day.

To turn store-bought bows into a jolly wreath, first attach a loop of floral wire (for hanging) around a 16" Styrofoam wreath form. Then, hot glue gift bows to the front and sides of the form. Keep it festive with a classic red-and white combo or mix in powder blue for a wintry look. What you'll need: Styrofoam wreath ($12; amazon.com); Gift bows ($11; amazon.com)

You can’t ever have too many wreaths–so here’s another festive example. This one is made with peppermint candies! Now you’ve got one for the front door and one for the back.

Washable burlap pillow covers are just the thing for the family room sectional. They provide a rustic touch of holiday spirit!

Look at this amazing {not to mention cheap & easy} window decoration. It’s perfect for the kitchen window! I just might make a longer version for my sliding doors.

Cut freehand stars out of cardboard and poke cloves through one star for a natural air freshener. What you'll need: Cardboard ($12; amazon.com)

Snow globe terrariums from Pink Pistachio are unique and simply beautiful. Try them for a holiday mantel or table scape.

Dress up a kitchen corner with a festive Christmas tier. Use a tiered cake stand, and add whatever little Christmas knickknacks you have around. If you’ve got some favorite Christmas ornaments that go unused for lack of space, this might be just the way to display them!

Candies, dazzling greens and keepsakes are irresistible layered on an old-fashioned tiered cake stand. Mix and match shapes and sizes, sticking with colors that mimic those of other kitchen adornments.
