Do you love calendars as much as I do? I mean, I use my smartphone calendar to keep me on track most of the time, but I still love having a paper calendar on the wall. If nothing else just to see the beautiful pictures. Today’s post is all about how to repurpose that beautiful calendar once the year is over.
One fun idea to repurpose your old calendar is to cut the pictures into postcard-sized rectangles. Glue cardboard–or I think white cardstock would be even better–on the back to write on. Now you can send a thoughtful note or thank you to anyone who needs it right now!
If you originally bought the calendar for the pictures, then it’s even harder to throw it out when the year is done! Well, don’t throw it out. Repurpose the pictures into an amazing gallery wall. It’s easy and fun! Find the perfect frames and mats at Michaels.
With some Mod Podge, you can convert those beautiful calendar prints into wall art, coasters, and more. Find Mod Podge at Amazon! For coasters, all you need are ceramic tiles, felt pads, pictures, Mod Podge, and washi tape {if desired}.
Use your favorite calendar page to make a beautiful notebook. You’ll need some paper to fill it, a needle and embroidery floss, washi tape and scissors. Would you believe you made it yourself?
Grab some more Mod Podge and use it to securely adhere your favorite calendar photos to plain glass votives or mason jars. Once the Mod Podge dries thoroughly, light a candle and set it inside. Beautiful!
